 Please read the following Albanian Prime Tours Terms & Conditions carefully.
  
 The Contract
Any individual or groups wishing to book a tour must read and fully agree to the Terms and Conditions that follow. At the time of booking a tour, confirmation is complete upon receipt of a confirmation invoice by email.

Reservation
By making a reservation through the Websites a direct contract is created between the service provider. Albanian Prime Tours acts merely as a medium which makes possible the reservation and payment. The Client is bound to accept the provider as a contractual party, and to accept the online reservation in compliance with the Provider Information contained on the Websites at the time the reservation was made.
  
Payment
1. Once the tour is reserved, you will be provided with an electronic confirmation in which you will also find an invoice attached.
2. Advance payment of 20% of the total tour price is required. The customer is to pre-pay all bank transfer costs.
3. Clients are offered two options to pay the remaining amount:
     1.   At the APT tour operator office in Tirana prior to departure.
     2.  By bank transfer five weeks prior to departure.
4. All fees will be charged to the sender of the transfer. Albanian Prime Tours gets the full amount submitted by the sender. These fees include the charges levied by the sending bank and any charges applied by intermediary (correspondent) banks.
5. Note: flight ticket costs are not included.
 After paying the deposit you will automatically receive the Booking Reservation document which confirms that the booking has been made.
     
Tour Cancellation by the customer
1. for cancellation up to 40 days prior to departure date only the deposit (20% of the Tour price) will be retained.
2. for cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure the customer will be charged 30% of the Tour price.
3. for cancellation up to 14 days prior to departure the customer will be charged 50% of the Tour price.
4. for cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure date the customer will be charged 80% of the Tour price.
5. In case of no shows or early interruption of services a strict non-refund rule will apply
  
PASSPORTS, VISAS AND OTHER TRAVEL PAPERS
•It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, health certificates, proof of vaccinations and any other required documentation are all for the countries to be visited during the tour.
•The Company shall not be held liable for any consequences, damages or claims if the client prior does not correctly attend to the client’s documentation and related matters as contemplated herein.
   
INSURANCE
Comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance are mandatory on the tour. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she has such insurance in place (together with the required paperwork to prove such insurance) before embarking on the tour.
Should the client be unable to present proof of such insurance to the Company (on request therefore by the Company), the Company may, in its sole discretion, exclude the client from the tour, and the client shall be liable for the cancellation penalty payments set out in these terms and conditions.
The client acknowledges that the travel insurance must include comprehensive medical insurance including provision for air evacuation, and that the Company shall not be liable for any consequences, damages or loss as a result of the client failing to have the necessary cover.
